Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase and willingness to invest in your greatest asset — YOU . . . and to put in the work that you have committed to expend to benefit you and/or your organization!

On-line Programs

On-line Programs come with a thirty (30) day refund policy. There is absolutely no refund after the thirty (30) day period. Additionally, refunds are prorated based upon the number of modules received and the date that we received your refund request.

Consultation/Coaching Services

Coaching Services are non-refundable. We recognize that life does happen and things come up. Therefore, pursuant to your contract, Coaching Services may be postponed, delayed, or rescheduled provided proper notice is received. Please note that the rescheduling of Coaching Services, without incurring a penalty, are subject to availability and must be exercised within one year of purchase.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking Engagement fees are non-refundable. We recognize that life does happen and things come up. Therefore, pursuant to your contract, Speaking Engagements may be postponed, delayed, or rescheduled provided proper notice is received.
